Recipe from VB

DH and I stayed at VB for a few days in early October. We had Sunday Brunch at Sonya's and had the best cheese blintz there. Anyone have any idea how I could get the recipe? We're going to a brunch this weekend and my DH is begging for me to make these. Has anyone ever requested a recipe from VB and had any luck getting it?
