Looking for apps to help with my weight loss and fitness goals - what are your favorites that are easy to use?

I love, love, love myfitnesspal! Sooooo easy to use. It has every food I have ever put in. It remembers your frequent meals. Has a great range of exercize. I use it everyday! I have become way more aware of what I'm eating and how much I am really exercising. I couldn't be happier. Plus it's free!

I'll second myfitness pal. I also downloaded Restaurant Nutrition which has tons of caloire inof for restaurants. Another calorie tracking app is Lose it.

Third on myfitnesspal!

The barcode scanner makes it so easy to add to food journal! Just scan and adjust amount for your food intake.

It automatically changes your calorie count as you lose weight too! And you get some nice graphs of your weight loss.

I use loseit apps on ipod touch, I like it better than sparkpeople apps. But since touch has a REALLY crappy camera I can't really use the barcode scanner.

I agree with those saying My Fitness Pal. It is really a great app.

And big thanks to Psychodisney for suggesting Restaurant Nutrition. Just downloaded it. It has an enormous database! :thumbsup2

LOOOOVE Myfitnesspal!! It's soooo easy to use!

For workout right now I'm using a couch to 5k running app. Starts off easy 1 min runs with 1.5 min in between. 6 weeks later I'm now running 20 minutes straight! It's very easy and fun to use!

My Fitness Pal what ^^^^^^they^^^^^said. LOVE the barcode scanner and exercise tracker.

Mapmyrun (which can be used for running, walking, biking - has a GPs that tells you how far and fast you went...LOVE this app).

Cozi just because it has a section for me to enter my weeks' meals and create shopping lists and keep the family's calendar. I feel more organized which translates into staying on target with my eating and exercising.

Could My Fitness Pal be called anything else in ITunes? I keep searching and must be missing something vital that keeps it from showing up!

I use Loseit to track exercise and calories- it's easy and keeps me on track really well.

There is an app called iWatchr that is 99 cents, and includes a free WW point calculator.
