Two questions:
I love curried chicken, beef and/or just vegetables. I need one more PS, who has the best curry dish in WDW?
What do people think of the Pepper Market? Is it really open-air?

I've spent a lot of time looking at menus on www.wdwig.com, but I don't recall seeing a curry dish anywhere. There is a conspicous absence of Indian cuisine at WDW.

No, the Pepper Market is not in open air. It is essentially a counter service, albeit a bit more upscale, place to dine.
Boma has curried foods, soups, potatoes, etc. For Indian cuisine, you'll have to venture off site. The closest (that I find palatable) is on Turkey Lake Rd. Memories of India is in the KMart Plaza. It's a lovely little full service with an extensive menu.
However, don't disregard asking for a special curry dish in Boma. The chefs there are quite amenable to special requests.
