The local country radio station runs a contest called Battle of the Sexes every weekday morning. In the contest, guys get asked "feminine" questions (cooking, sewing, makeup, fashion, etc.) and women get asked "masculine" questions (tools, sports, etc.) A few weeks ago, I emailed them my name, age, phone #, etc (that's how you enter) and waited for them to call me....then I forgot all about it. This morning I got a call from the female disc jockey asking me if I wanted to be on the show tomorrow morning and telling me that they play at 6:45 AM. She also asked for my date of birth and SSN (since I knew it was legitimate, I went ahead and gave it to her.) So wish me luck tomorrow.

Blondie, it's K95 (95.3).....It won't actually be on at 6:45, they tape it and then play it later between like 7 and 9.

It sounds like the board game version. I have a friend who has this game. She said the feminine questions were way too easy for the guys. Good luck tomorrow. Tell us how it goes....:D

On this one, the male disc jockey makes up the ?s for the women and the female disc jockey makes up the ?s for the guys.

Hey, no school tomorrow! I just may be sleeping in, but I'll tune in anyway when I wake up. Maybe it'll be on!

I won!!!! They asked me how many points you get for a successful foul shot in basketball, which I got. He missed his first question (which I would have missed as well.) Then, I got asked a multiple choice about what a "derailer" does (keep trains from derailing, change a bicycle's gears, or keep greyhounds from running into the rail at a racetrack.) That one was easy b/c the first one and last one didn't make any sense. He missed his second question. Since it's three questions and I got two right while he got two wrong, I won. Now, I get to go back on tomorrow

The first one was about the Galloping Gourmet...they gave his name (Graham Kerr?), said he had a show on Cable TV, and asked what kind of show it was. The guy guessed that he was a televangelist. Then they asked "According to a survey by Clairol, will the first female president by a blonde, a brunette, or a redhead?" He guessed blonde. I didn't hear the answer because I was too busy realizing that I had won :)
