We're doing universal on feb 11-15. Are my suspicions correct?
Is that during the period when the dueling dragons rehab is going on?

Please tell me I'm wrong!!

According to http://www.ioacentral.com/park_information/refurbishment_schedule/refurbishment_schedule.htm, the refurb has been pushed back to the first of the year. Will it be open in February? I really don't know.
