Has anyone stayed in this type of suite? The hubby and I are going to celebrate our anniversary in late Jan and are taking advantage of the get the next night free offer. The suite looks great on the site. Just want some comments from others. Thanks!

My husband and I will be celebrating our 10th anniversary this Feb. We had hoped to stay in a Sweetheart suite as well. I called HIFS and she said the coupon (get one night free for every night you purchase) expires before my stay. The fine print does say the coupon expries 1-31-03 at SOME locations! I guess its up to the local managers.

The best rate she could give me was $124 per night. Please let me know if you are able to book a room in Feb using this coupon.

Are there other places that offer a similar type of room? There are honeymoon suites at the Grand Floridian, but that is way over my budget.

If you're looking for a room with a jacuzzi style tub check Caribe Royale, Hotel Royal and 1 bedroom DVC properties.

When I called for my January trip I was told that the sweetheart suite was not included in the BOGO deal. The kids, Classic and Residential were all they offered. I did try, though! :teeth:

Who did you speak with? The hotel directly or the main reservation number? I spoke with the hotel and they gave me a rate of $166 a night for the BOGO. That's the whole reason we changed our dates, we were going to go 2-7 to 2-11

I called the hotel. I think that I will call again and see if I get a different answer. I will also call the #800 on the coupon that I cut out of the newspaper and see if I get the same answer.

Our dates are Feb 2- 8
