Any early entry days for US or IOA ? where to grab a coffee?

We are going to stay at HRH. Arriving Sun afternoon. Are there any early entry days on Mon, Tues or Wed? Also, we will NOT have a car so if we do not wish to eat at the hotel, how early do the food stands open at the parks? A coffee/ bagel kind of thing would do. Thanks for any help
