Ok I am getting excited! Ordered two dresses, had to send one back already as it was to big (and apparently purple is not my color- I felt like grimmace from McDonalds in it :) )

Has anyone recieved their documents yet? We have not but today is November first so they should be comming soon!!

Haven't seen my Doc's yet Ann... but my TA from AAA has promised that as soon as she receives them in her hand she'll call... She wants to set up a meeting with all three families to go over them and chit chat... I think that's nice... who knows... maybe she'll spring for dinner???

The excitement is building here... we keep calling each other just to "cruise talk".

Praying for great weather...

PS>.. either my counter is wrong or yours is...hmmmm.... i'm gonna check it out...

Plus... who is going with you...sorry i can't remember

Jodie

I have mine set for when we get on the boat, you probably have yours set for when it leaves port. :)

It is myself (40 to turn 41 at sea)
DH Jay (40)
and DS Michael (9.5)

I was just wondering the same thing! We rarely receive anything from FedEx, so I have no idea what time the truck will be coming down my street, which leaves me scanning up and down the neighbouring streets for the big FedEx truck as I leave my neighbourhood, LOL! Then, when I come home, I give a quick glance at the front door, just to see if they left a notice that they had been there while I was out. :p

I realize that the documents will get here eventually, and as my DH says, they are just a bunch of papers to fill out (he never gets excited unless it is about old cars!;) ), but still, I am anxiously awaiting them!

Maybe today will be the day for us?:)

WebmasterAlex got his docs last week for the 12/7 cruise and I expect mine next week, since I'm in "group status" with DCL (booked through Dreams). That means the docs get cut 30 days in advance.

It won't be long now! :)

I'm a TA and I have two families on that sailing, and I just got both of their docs late last week! You should have them any day now!
Have a great time!!

I was wondering the same thing! We haven't seen the Fed Ex guy yet, but I have a feeling when he arrives he will be stampeded!:) Michelle, I booked through Dreams as well, so does that mean our tickets won't be cut until about 30 days out? We did not book air with DCL.
Everytime I see that countdown Ann and Jodie, I get super excited, expecially since all we have had in three days is SNOW and cold weather! It is 18 degrees here today and about 4 inches of the white stuff! :(

Lisa, yes, that's what it means, but it also means you get the nifty gift in your stateroom since Dreams has 8 cabins or more booked on this sailing. :)

We'll get them, don't worry! :)

"8"...did we lose 2??? Ah well, we still get the gift. Any idea what it is?;)
The waiting is killing me here...I am sooo ready for this vacation! Sounds like we will be onboard with a great group of people!:)

8 or more, Lisa, I didn't look at the exact number to see what it is now! :)

I'm not sure what the gift is now that they have the different gift program...last time when it was still Magical Treasures it was a food crate with cheese, sausages, crackers, sodas, candy and maybe a few other things.

Whatever it is, it's free and a nice little extra! :)

Which means no gift :( ( I won't get started on how unfair that is right now :) ) but I would assume they are"group" status too. I just want them in my hot little hands.
Ps-fixed the countdown clock I had us getting on the ship at 12am not 12pm- I guess I was going to swim for it!

I saw the "or more" after I posted my last reply. And your right, I don't care if it is a free washcloth! The fact that they are giving us a gift is special to me. My last TA handed me a bottle of cheap champagne when I picked up the tickets and wished me "luck". So believe me, I appreciate all the little "perks" that Dreams has offered for us this trip!:)

We booked through Dreams, too, so I guess we won't be seeing the documents until next week. I suppose it is ok for me to leave the house until what, say Nov. 7th? After that I start watching again! ;)
