Doing my final budget and need some assistance...

Sitting here today preparing my "final" budget for the trip. I am sure all this info is on the boards so I apologize in advance for any redudancy. Would you most recent 7 day Western cruisers mind sharing with me what you spent above and beyond the actual cost of the cruise, but excluding excursions as I have all of those paid up already?

I am thinking about, eg: the wine package, photos, spa, etc...? We won't get the drink mugs bc we don't drink soda. If we got the wine package, that's probably all we'd drink (although some of those special drinks sound pretty cool). What am I missing???

I budgeted about $2,000 total for a 9night cruise vaca (leaving home 2days before we cruise). Usually I overbudget and in the end spend any money leftover on souveniers.

Cruise Budget 1445

We made alterations as need be, but this is how we started out. Since we did not go to GC, we had extra and used it in Cozumel and onboard. We also were under on our drinks budget. We had a tight budget because we rebooked onboard and that was $500. :) Have fun!

We spent about $350.00 in Treasure Ketch and Mickey's Mates. Tip: Do your shopping early, maybe first night of cruise, since they have quite a few clearance items in back at Mickey's Mates...at Treasure ketch, i bought DW this nice ring she wears on her index finger...it was marcacite,with Mickey face and ears, from this designer(I forgot her name), anyway, it was only $50

we spent about $200 shopping in Cozumel...we felt Coz had great shopping...

we bought about 5 - 6x8 pix from Shutters for $50.00..I dont think the package of 10 for $85.00 is any great value

We went to Palo, bought a bottle of Pino Grigio...with a nice tip $65

I was just going to say the opposite about Mickey Mates! They do have some clearance/sale items you'd want to buy early and the jewelry because once it's gone, it's gone. I found they put out new t-shirt and sweatshirts as the week went on! I don't think it was my imagination (but then again.........). If you don't see something just ask them and they will do their best to find it for you!
