Entertainment Card

My cousin has a room already booked for Aug and has just obtained an Entertainment card. Can she apply the discount now-even though the room has been booked for several months? Any special restrictions? I know she needs the card at check in(she booked the room on her own-no agent). Thanks for any help.

we booked our room for may at the HRH in Jan, no view standard for 169. When i found out abount the card i called and they gave us a pool view for 129. no problem changing it, the only problem wouild be they only hold a certain amount of Ent rooms, if they are full for your period they may not give you one. you can try the port. also. good luck

Call the 800# on the loews hotels website...have them change your reservation rate to the entertainment rate and ask for a confirmation sheet to be sent to you asap.
