Can someone ID this character?

I have a pin and have no idea who the character is. Can anyone help? Sorry for the poor quality of the photo.

I cannot tell from the photo. It is too small and blurry. Can yoou try to at least post a larger pic. Sharper would be great but I can't tell what's what in that small a photo.

Do you have any other infoon it like waht the pins are around it? They might provide a clue.

I wish I could. My digital camera doesn't seem to want to focus when I get that close. The pin is of an old man as a vampire. He is bald with pointy ears and fangs. He is also wearing glasses if any of this helps. If not, I may just discard the pin altogether.

Does it have a Disney copyright on the back?

That is a problem with cameras that do not have a macro feature. Try shooting it from further away at a high resolution and then cropping it.
