Universal/IOA Video

I ordered my planning video from Universal at least 3 weeks ago, and thought I would have it by now. Does anyone know how long it takes to get these?

we ordered ours on 4-15 and received it last week. if you dont get it soon, email me and i'll send you my copy. we are also going in june!!!!

Cool! When will you be there? We will be there 6/19 = 6/25. The first three nites at PB and the last 2 at HRH. I wasn't able to get 5 consecutive nites either place! But I am excited that we will be seeing both. Surely my video will be here soon. Thanks for the offer, though!!

We were lucky enough to get the entire stay at HRH...but it would be nice to hotel hop to experience both environments...:D

I waited for mine and finally got so impatient i went to a local Liberty Travel and they had hundreds of the same tape. The only difference between the one sent from US (I finally got it three weeks after ordering) was a plug for the travel agent at the end of the tape. It was free, by the way.

My video touted HRH as the new resort that will be built soon in Feb 2000...Was this the case with all the videos, or am I the only one with an outdated one?

our video had the new hrh in it, but had very little shots of it. i think it had the front entrance and the lobby. the same couple that they have in the commercial on tv were in it. there may have been a shot of a room, but i thought it was probably taken from the pbh not the hrh.

I received another more recent version of the Universal video you referred to in the mail last night....someone must have made a mistake and sent an outdated one..oh well, the recent one is much better...but it is still a little creepy...:D
