Mel's Diner or Cafe LaBamba?

Okay...which is the best? And what do they have to offer? I would like menu's of these 2 places if anyone has them. Or is there a web site with them?
I can't decide between the 2 for lunch. Any pro's and con's would be great for these 2 places.

I haven't eaten at Cafe LaBamba, but I thought Mel's Diner was pretty gross. I would avoid it unless you want to get only a soda.

Mels Diner is a cute place to eat...however, our burger and fries were barely edible. Kinda pricey, too.

Mel's is terrible, eat at City Walk. :)

You can try Finnegan's, which has some nice fish and chips. Overall, though, I am not fond of USF food. IOA food is much different.
