Is anyone aware of any of the 3 bedroom/3 bath townhome rentals that offer more actual bedding, not just the sofa bed? I know I saw at least one once, that had a set of bunks plus a twin in the 3rd bedroom, but I cannot find it again. I want all of my kids sleeping in a bedroom, not a living room pull-out. I also wish the first floor bedrooms had 2 twins instead of always a queen. Thanks!

I would also like to find a rental with 3 beds (room for 3 kids) in one room.

Three kids: Double-size bed on the bottom and twin-size bed on the top bunk. The bottom bunk easily sleeps two kids (under 10 yo) and the top bunk sleeps just about any kid. The blue couch on the left might be used for sleeping, but our kids just used it as a couch.

Thank you for posting. That is a beautiful townhome, but I need 3 separate beds in the bedroom...for teenage boys. Those end-units really are nice with the open side by the splash pool.

Rent a 4 or 5 bedroom rental home through Villa Direct for around $100 a night with a pool and a game room about 3 miles from Disney in really nice areas.

Some of the condos at Villas as Island Club in Kissimmee have 4 bedrooms with tons of beds, very reasonably priced. We tentatively planned a trip for a large group of friends and found a 4 bedroom condo with several bed options. You might try there? (Our trip fell through.)

With 3 teenagers, I would definitely look at a home instead of a condo. We leave next week for our vacation "home" [a 4 br/3.5 bath with pool & game room] for $100/night :cool1: found it through VBRO, and there are tons to choose from.
