Nat West Car Ins-urgent help needed

We're off on Thurs and I've just been getting papers together & can't find our policy.
I have the no so rang Nat West and have been passed from pillar to post.
We now find that since Oct 1st it's no longer under Mercury Assistance anyway but N.W. hadn't bothered to tell us!
At the moment we have stalled with someone "not at their desk".
Does anyone have a no for a real person or if you took a policy out after Oct 1st do you have the new details please?

Thanks for the bump Janice.
We eventually found a human to speak to and she was very helpful so we now have a new certificate.
BUT anyone who purchased Nat West Ins before Oct 1 this year will need to contact them as the administrator has changed and there are new tel nos etc.
