Which rides are Express rides?

Is there a list that shows which rides are the express pass rides? I would like to print it out before I go and have it so that way when we get to the parks, we will know which rides to go to & go ahead and get the express passes for them.

Well, actually, EVERY ride and show offers Universal Express except the following:

IOA:
Pteranadon Flyers
Extreme Exventure (seasonal)
Mt. Crumpit Snow Plummit (seasonal)

USF:
Feival's Playland waterslide
Woody Woodpecker's Nuthouse Coaster

All other rides and attractions offer Universal Express. In addition, to help you out once you get to the parks (so you don't have to print this out and bring it with you) both the Adventure Guide (IOA) and Studio Guide (USF) both denote next to each attraction name if the attraction offers Universal Express.
