If you had to contact MS to get GB?

How long after you contacted MS did you receive it? I contacted them by phone on 10/1 and they assured me I'd get it in a couple weeks. By 10/17, I was getting anxious, so I Emailed them. Today I Emailed them again. Is it normal to take this long after contacting them? Or am I over-anxious?

I have never had good response times when emailing MS. I called about my gb last week and received it today (though last year the same approach got no results....), but I was told it could take 4-6 weeks. Perhaps calling again exactly 6 weeks from your first call will get you a guidebook.

Don't let it drop until you get one though....or you won't get one!
