Emeril's: How long in advance do I need to make reservations?

My wife and I are headed to Orlando in October. Is it already too late to make dinner reservations or do you think I still might have some time? I'm not sure of the exact date yet.

I think Emeril's takes reservations 90 days out. Call ASAP to get a good time.

Jimmy Buffett's does not take reservations but you can request "priority seating" by calling 407-224-9255.

Yes, I am going to Coastermania on 6/1. I am an ACE and Florida Coaster Club member. I am looking forward to riding Millenium Force, and the Beast and Son of Beast at PKI! :bounce:
