How?
Did you play tennis, go bowling, chase your kids around, give your charge cards a workout? Maybe it was yoga, or a trip to the gym.
Did everyone get some exercise today? :)

um no - just with the remote.
Since it's the weekend I really wanted to get out and walk my 6 miles but couldnt *** it rained all day! Hopefully tomorrow. Now that it's dark after work I cant walk after work anymore. I'll try to get some walking in after DS gets on the school bus and before Im due at work. Im hoping for sunny weekends the next 4. We leave for our Magical cruise on Nov 28!!

Yep!
I jogged & ab crunched first this morning. After lunch, we went iceskating. DS#1 is self sufficient now, but DS#2 still needs us to hold him up most of the time, so that was a big workout there.

Yes a few times! We've been remodeling our basement into a finished family room and today I was vacuuming up spackle dust and applying primer to the walls, as well as moving sheetrock. Also did some housecleaning!

Wow, lots of weekend warriors!! :)
I think we should have some sort of Dis IronMan/ IronWoman contest. I wouldn't be in it, I felt tired just reading what some of you did!
Jogging, stairs, presses, cleaning, remodeling and remote work ;), and panting over cute guys, busy DISers! :)
No Alex, it doesn't.

I did, I did!
I walked my two 70 pound labs in the rain! We probably went about three miles. They are each 7 months old so I got in some serious resistance training whether I wanted it or not! :D

That Marla was working on her Christmas cards had me in a sweat just thinking about what I don't have done for Xmas!
Mopping floors will do it, so will 140lbs. of dog!!! :) :)
