View Full Version : Help! Online ADR not retrieving my resort reservation!

So...all set to make my ADR's....right now - sign on to the website and pull up my resort reservation. All set, then go to make my ADR's and that part of the website can't confirm my reservation!!! What's up with that???

I log in and my resort confirmation is there, but the dining part of the website can't find it???

Now I have to wait and call!!! Not a happy camper!!

Okay....so made the call and was able to get all my ADR's close to the times I wanted. Even the CM had trouble at first loading my resort reservation....Weird! But, she was awesome and effecient. I hope everyone else has such good luck today!

My window opened on the 1st and I had the same problem. Even yesterday, when I tried to make an ADR it would not let me. :confused3 Their website sucks!

I am so glad you were able to get your ADR's by calling!!

same here, they really need to fix it even if it means taking the online system down for a while to get it completely ironed out. In the meantime they definitely need to stop advertising "make dining reservations online!" because it rarely works!

It has to be one of the most annoying systems I have seen online... second only to ticketmaster. Glad you got all your reservations. I am giving up today on trying to make anything online- it's just too glitchy. Maybe tomorrow or later tonight,

I had the same problem and needed to call to make reservations. The Cast Member I spoke to commented that since the "upgrade" there have been a lot of glitches. Glad you got your reservations. I was able to get all but one I wanted.

I made mine last month, and had issues also. Was all excited, got up early with my list, logged on, and messed around with it and only got 1 booked in an hour. Had to call when phone lines opened..... and she had problems also. Now, everytime I log onto Disneys website, theres no reservations listed- I have to type in my reservation number to get my resort and ADR's to come up. I hope they get it together there

My day to reserve was the 1st. Still can't use my room reservation number to get a dining reservation during my 180+10 window without calling. :sad2:

Luckily, I was able to call right when the phones opened Tuesday morning and got all of my reservations. We do DxDP so we make a lot of reservations ;) The CM's are very nice on the phone.

I don't think they should advertise the 180+10 option through the website if it doesn't work.

A trick you could try is to click on my "reservations." When the page comes up with no reservations, on the right hand side you can click on "update" and it will ask if you want to update your reservations. Click "yes" and usually this will bring up your full list of reservations. Hope this works for you, as it is much easier than retyping all your reservations numbers.

The Online system is a joke. I've had the same problem. Had to ring. Got everything though. I can see all my bookings and my resort confirmation but can't book online. Sorrell, from the UK you can ring a cheap phone line. 0.5p a minute. What I did. No problems.
