Advice please...

I am thinking of switching jobs and was wondering about good internet sites as a starting point.

I hate going through ads in the paper as well employment agencies. Just curious if anyone else out there has used the internet successfully in the process.

These are some I have used. I hear from recruiting agencies more than I do actual employers though.
