City Walk Clubs - Dress code?

Is there a dress code for any of the clubs at CityWalk? I vaguely remember a sign being posted outside the Motown Cafe about a dress code, but since we had our kids with us,is was irrelevant. My nest friend and I are headed to US/IOA in May and we'd like to enjoy a bit of the nightlife at CityWalk. IS there a cover charge for each club? I'm an annual pass holder, will I get a discount on covers?

I haven't seen a dress code for Citywalk places. I guess common sense would be your fashion guide. Emeril's is the only Citywalk place I know of that has a dress code of no tank tops and no flip flops.
