I' ve rung my salesguide a couple of times over the last two days and both times have had to leave a message. Should I have expected an answer by now or is this fairly normal?

I don't know what is normal, but I put a call into my guide on friday, and my call was returned on Monday.

I called mine and he called within 24 hrs. In fact he said it was his day off and that was why it took him 24 hrs to respond.

I always get a call back right away. Actually, when I called two weeks ago and left a message for my guide she called and left a message at my home phone number as well as at my office. Annmarie

Called mine about 6 months ago...still haven't heard. ;) If you really want to speak with the guide, I'd call again and/or send an e-mail as well.
