Take her to Circus McGurkus Cafe Stoo-pendous in Seuss Landing at IOA. Every day at 2:45, they have a birthday bash. She'll love it.
Then at night you might want to take her to the Hard Rock Cafe (depending on her age). I'm told they do an absolutely amazing routine for birthdays.
