My college roomie and i just won a trip for 4 on the disney wonder11/10. We are thrilled. she has never been on any Disney cruise, nor have the other 2 "girls" going w/us. My only experience has included taking care of the 3 kids and doing all of the fun family stuff.

Any " must not miss" recommendations for four 35-ish, ok closer to 40 yr. old "girls" out w/o hubbies and kids?

Lucky YOU!!!! :teeth:

You ladies definitely need to enjoy Wavebands every evening, lots of fun for dancing and evening activities. Sleep late, enjoy the SPA and adult pool, go shop...and ENJOY! :)

Nezy-

OMG-- I just returned from the 10/10 Wonder with my 3 high school girlfriends!! We left 4 hubbies and 9 kiddies home between the 4 of us. WE HAD A BLAST!!!! THis was a totally different cruise for us than our trip in Jan. on the Magic with the kids.

Do not miss!! Palo's for dinner, Adult only pool, Serenity Beach on Castaway Cay, the spa--we had a blast in the Rainforest Room, Wavebands every night--they do a great show--it is not just a disco!! Shopping and Room service were favorites too!!! We even watched two baseball games(playoffs) in the ESPN bar and had a great time. Our wait staff even gave us a cake one night and sang for us celebrating 20 years of friendship!!

Have a great time!!!

While it wasnt all girls, DH & I did a cruise ont he Wonder this summer without the kids. It was a great chance to get to do all the adult things we missed on our previous cruise with the kids.
I posted a trip report, if you are interested check it out.

Have a GREAT cruise!!! I was going to do that too, myself and three friends were going to go on the Wonder in January 2004, but the one friend's husband lost his job so she can't really justify spending the money on a cruise when he hasn't had any luck in finding another job, soooooooo we cancelled our plans. :( I don't think she was all that interested in going on a cruise anyway. Now it's going to be myself and my husband, and my parents, and we're hoping our daughter and son-in-law, and our son and daughter-in-law will want to go too. That would be a fun group too! But anyway, have FUN on your cruise!!! I do have to disagree with the poster who said to "sleep late." NO! Don't spend time sleeping, there are too many fun things to do and so little time!!! You can sleep when you get HOME!!! LOL!!!
