Does Dreams always have the rebate?

It seems like Dreams is always offering a rebate on their site for cruises? Is that right?

Also do they seem to regularly come out with specials like onboard credit, etc.?

(I just know that if I book a cruise sometime in the near future, the next day there will be a new onboard credit listed for new bookings, lol.)

Hi Jennifer! It's a month to month thing but yes, Dreams so far has always had the rebate. :)
