Quick personal question - are you still married to the same person?

Congrats to your nephew on making a great choice Kristy!!! :D
Where is he going to tech school, and does he know where he is going to be stationed yet?

He is in Texas. He was apparently at one place for basic and going somewhere else for technical. I can't remember the base. Seems like it started with an "L"

Ugh, I know that feeling. I just attended my ring bearer's college graduation. The saddest part is was when I got married I was cool Auntie Snoopy, when I attended his college graduation I was just some old lady wanting to give him a congratulatory smooch. :teeth:

Ah yes....time marches on!
I can't believe the little baby my DH held at her christening is now a 22 year old school teacher!
And next week, DH and I will be celebrating 22 years of wedded bliss! I've been married for a little over half of my life now!

My nephew just turned 20. He likes to pick me up and throw me over his shoulders when I come in the house!

My DD was a bridesmaid in my flower girl / niece's wedding this past June. (pictured in my siggy)
They get older, I don't.

The niece who was our flower girl 16 years ago has a 1 1/2 year old daughter of her own....and her baby is our 4th great-niece! My daughter was a flower girl 2 weeks ago....for my cousin who was 13 when I married.
Of course while my kids get older, I never do........(smile!)

Wow, I was off the boards a long time
Congratulations then! My original thought was that you should see his growth as an extension of the happiness and love you share with your spouse since your nephew was a part of your wedding!
I'm headed out of town tomorrow where my wife is helping with a baby shower for my niece.
Wasn't she just born yesterday? Okay, she's in her 20's now, but still.....
