AP Rates Question

Are AP rates given on a first come/first serve rate. Like certain amounts of resorts have a few rooms at that rate? Or, as an annual passholder will you be guaranteed that rate?

They are definitely first-come, first-served and are limited. Being a passholder is no guarantee of receiving discounted rates.
