We have basically decided as of tonight to try and buy at Wilderness Lodge. I was going through the DVC package we picked up at WDW just last week and found that they don't actually have floor plans. I tried looking online but am having trouble.

Can someone direct me to something? Are they the same as Animal Kingdom Lodge (the book from Disney had those layouts).

Let me know please.

Let me get this straight, you are going to buy VWL but you have never stayed there and you don't know the floor plan?

We did that at BLT and it's our least favorite resort. :sad2:

Here is some info.

Good luck!

AKL floor plans are quite different from VWL. I believe Disney keeps getting better with every design.
We love WL so we are wanting to stay at VWL on our next visit. We stayed at BLT last year. In our 2 bedroom villa, we had three complete bathrooms.
At VWL, we are wanting a 1 bedroom and there is only one bathroom with a shower and a tub off the master bedroom. Only one toilet.
We only have one bathroom at home so it shouldn't be much of an issue for us but it will be weird going from BLT to VWL.

I love VWL and think it is a wonderful choice. Being on of the smallest resorts it is good to own there especially around Christmas time.

The first resort OKW (along with VB and HH) has different style floor plans then the next generation of resorts; BWV, VWL, BCV and SSR. The floor plans of these are very similar. DVC modified their basic floor plan with AKV(Kidani), VGC and BLT with having a wider living area and a third bathroom. These rooms will allow for the sleeping chair in the living room and an occupancy of 5 in the one bedroom.
