I just bought the fiskar's shape cutter along with the Alpha template this thing is great. If you don't have one I suggest you get one.

Has any one tried the fiskar embosser I bought that also but haven't tried it yet. I am going scrapbooking for the whole weekend from Friday - Sunday afternoon this weekend and hope to try it then.


I can't wait Someone to cook for me 3 meals a day and clean up the dishes. I don't know which I'm more excited about cropping all weekend or being waited on.

I have the embosser, and I love it. The thing I hate about embossed paper, is the designs never end up where I want them. Now I use my CM paper, and make the designs exactly where I want them. It is GREAT! My favorite page I did was just a dark green border strip then embossed Ivy on it, then lightly streaked with my gold pen the raised parts. It looks really cool.

I like my fiskars shapecutter too but I only have templates for circles, rectangles, ovals, and tags. I use the tag template the most. I've asked for the embosser (light boss) for christmas from my mom. I've kinda been wanting one but I know that I probably wouldn't spend the money on one myself (cause I used most of my monthly scrapbooking budget on paper and embellishments and I wouldn't want to cut back on those, lol) Can't wait to try it!
