Well i seem to have become the tour guide for our trip in October, which is fine by me and kinda fun. We will be on the Magic and taking some friends with us this trip. We have linked reservations and are going to do a Palo brunch together. I know that our booking dates will be different due to first time cruise vs CC status, but with the reservations linked, at the appropriate time, will it let me book their excursions with only their reservation number, or will I have to log in completely seperately for that, their log in, their birthday, password, and be completely out of mine? I think it is frustrating and fun (is that possible) to be up and try to book at midnight:01 to get what you want. We mainly jsut want to make sure we get one excursion together, and after the brunch, we may do a couple dinners and another excursion on our own. We will both be paid in full before our 90 day mark, so that is not an issue. Thanks for the help.

When I did it for my inlaws, I could do it from my reservations as I was the primary on ours. I think, though I cant swear to it, that anyone of the people on the reservation, can make a addition or subtraction. As to whether or not you can before their 75 day mark, Im not sure, but I think you can as long as they are paid in full. I know I made a Palos for my inlaws for them, on our lst trip, but I dont remember when I did it.

If there are 12-14 adults in your group for Palo, you can submit a request to DCL and the Palo specialist for brunch and/or dinner on the magic. You will need to submit their reservation numbers for this. You will get confirmation of this at the 30 day mark or there about. If you have more than that, in the past I have reserved the room, then taken the seperate reservations for another 15 or so people to dining requests when we boarded and gave the list to PJ. There is a table for 8 outside of that room and then a booth that will seat up to 6 closely. The rest of our group was seated at those tables for brunch.

There are only 4 of us for this trip, so we will not need the big room, but one day we may ahve more than 2 friends!!!! Thanks

You'll be able to book Palo at 90 days out for everyone in your party, but not excursions regardless of them being paid in full. You'll have to wait until 75 days out to book their excursions and try to get excursions together.

Just be aware that if you are doing the booking for the linked reservations, the other couple cannot. My mom and I were trying at midnight together and because we were linked, we were both locked out of the account for about 20 minutes.

This is exactly the point we are trying to avoid. We are going to get it all worked out, but since we are linked for dining ans stuff, I did not want to block them from being able to book, so they are letting me book it all so we don't have that issue. I was just curious on the actual how to do it. I know the Palo we can book together and do all of that, but right now only have their reservation number and not all their log in information. Just did not know on the excursions if things actually worked differently.

Thanks for the info

Nope...you should be able to see everyone when you go to book excursions. I booked one for just my husband and I, and another for my husband, along with my brother and dad (who were in the other stateroom).
