My family and I are cruising using our DVC points. I am trying to go and do the on-line check-in, but the site will not let me. I am in the 90 day window. HELP!!!!

It's possible that there are so many people trying to do the same thing that it is overloading their system. Just keep trying. It could also be that the site is down for maintenance. Good Luck! pirate:

When you say "the site will not let me", do you mean you cannot pull up your reservation or that it found your reservation but is not letting you do online checkin?

We're cruising using our DVC points. The reservation number at DVC is not the same reservation number that Disney Cruise LIne uses. So I was using the wrong reservation number to try to pull up the reservation and DCL's site couldn't find our cruise.

A quick email to DCL customer service helped - they sent me the correct reservation number to use on their site.

I had trouble Saturday morning. I checked in one cruise of our B2B but when I tried the 2nd cruise it wouldn't show the reservation. I called DCL. They said to delete my history and cookies. After that I rebooted my pc and tried again and it was fine. Not sure if that would help solve your problem. If not, give them a call. I was only on hold a couple of minutes.

Thanks for the replies. I waited until this morning, called DCL, and was able to take care of things online. I was able to get the 11:00-11:30 arrival time that I wanted :). Now if the next few weeks will just go by quickly!

I believe you can do excursions, Palo bookings etc. as of midnight but the online checkin itself is not available until around 7am. Any confirmations of this out there?:)

People have reported around 3:00 am or so EST they were able to get into the online check-in portion but I don't know if it happens on every reservation.

Ours was definately available by 5am EST as we checked-in at 10am UK time because I noticed it had appeared as an option. Unfortunately didn't check it any earlier to confirm the 3:00am time.

Our 90 day window was a couple of weeks ago and I can confirm (at least for me) I was able to book Palo, excursions etc right at midnight, and the online check in opened up for me at exactly 3am est. Good thing I'm on the west coast, so I only had to stay up until midnight my time to get the 11am arrival time. :thumbsup2
