Those who want to purchase tickets should PM Marsha and she will provide you with the information you need. A group code is apparently not needed now. This is for those who have signed up for full OR weekend events.

Hi again!
And you thought that we had forgotten about you and were sitting around eating bonbons and watching soaps all day! :) Nope, some things just take time to work out and set up.

Here are some GREAT ticket prices for anyone signed up for the convention. But please NOTE the following restrictions!!!!

1) Tickets are dated 10 days from first use and the first use must be before Dec. 30/02

2) All prices include the tax

3) Tickets MUST be purchased in advance, we are not selling tickets at registration this year.

4) You are responsible for ordering your tickets early enough for them to get to you before the convention. Werner Technologies assumes no responsibility for tickets not received before the convention.

Just a clarification for someone that has too much on their brain at the moment....

the tickets are only good for up to 10 days after the first use correct??? So if my first use is December 4, then it is only good to use up to December 14??? Just want to make sure I understand!!!!

And might I add that, if things are the way they were last year, you need to go elsewhere for tickets if you want more than 5 days in the parks. You cannot add days to these passes. You may want to consider this when looking into alternative tickets (such as an Annual Pass or passes purchased using other discounts).

Question...if I need 7 days can I purchase a 5 day and a 2 day? That works out to $311 which is still cheaper than any other pass prices I've seen.

Sure Nancy, there is no limit! :)

I should have noted that there is a charge for mailing them to you, it was not mentioned, but I should have realized it sorry. The charges are on the form and if you want tickets, contact Marsha for the url because I will be gone tomorrow.

Wow these are great prices.
CC - is this the only way they come? I have a feeling most of the PLUS features will end up unused. As I look at the week of events, I only see one meet that can use a Plus.

I guess I'm really confused. Do these PH Plus tickets also include waterparks?

I checked the Disney site this morning and found that a 7 day PH Plus (no Quest, tho) was $307. This included 4 extra visits (water parks and pleasure island)

If I buy a 5 day and 2 day DIS CON ticket, it will cost $311. I can't see that we'll be going to both DQ and PI every day of DIS CON.

Can someone help unconfuse me, please?

The price you quoted for a 7 Day Park Hopper Plus does not include the the good old sales tax of 6%, which the DIS-CON passes do, and the $307 is the advance price. At the gate, the 7 Day PHP is $338 with tax. As is the case with any multi-day passes, the cost per day goes down the higher the number of days on the pass. The general public is not allowed to purchase 2 or 3 day park hopper passes; those can only be purchased as part of a convention or special event, so they are more costly per day than a 7 Day pass. I assume the reason the DIS-CON passes include Pleasure Island and not the water parks, is because we have plans to have some mini-meets at PI, and not at the water parks.

I'm sooo sorry, in advance, for my multiple part PM questions & request for a pass. :rolleyes: :o

But, in case anyone else is wondering, I asked about buying multiple passes, even tho I'm the only 'legal' fully-paid DISCon member AND, how EARLY can these passes Start even with the 10 day-12/30 expiration? And, will the passes bear only MY name??

i.e.: buying passes for family members going at the same time but, non-DISCon.

Gosh, I hope this makes sense and, relieves me of further apologies! :o

If not, I APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE!! :o
