The card doesn't say anything is needed. I think it would be available to anyone. Good luck.
It just says visit dollar.com or call 1-800-800-4000. Hope this helps.

Thank you soooo much for the tip. It's only $47 more, total, for the 10 days we need a car in Jan. 2003 over Payless. And Dollar is onsite airport. Thanks again!!!! I am booked. :smooth:
