Disney Called Me Today

Today (July 4th), I received a call from the Walt Disney Resort in FL thanking me for our compliment letters. We sent three letter after our last trip. I can't believe they called to thank us. I only wished we remember more of the cast members who made our vacation great!

Being a manager in the service industry for a long time now, I know management really appreciates guests taking the time to compliment, or thank the company and especially individuals. Far too often do we only hear complaints, its nice to be on the other side of that!
