I cannot stop thinking about the Vegetable and Couscous dish I had a Boma. It was so good. And it seemed very healthy. I'm trying to prepare a meal here and there that doesn't have meat. How do I request a recipe from them? Or does someone know any recipe similar? I remember it having zucchini and yellow squash in it. It kinda reminded me of ratatouille with couscous.

I don't have the recipe, but last year, when I was at Boma, there were some recipes I wanted. I e-mailed the chef at Boma, and received the recipe via e-mail within a day or two. I don't remember the e-mail address, but if I find it, I'll post it for you. You may find a link to the e-mail address through the official website, but I'm not positive about that!

My mother "needed" the recipe for the vegetable-something-or-other from the Chef Mickey breakfast.
She called the restaurant, spoke with the chef, who e-mailed & faxed her the recipe!
She was thrilled!

Just go to Disney website and email guest services with your request. They are very accomodating about sending the authentic recipes along.
