Another Question !!!

As you can see from my counter I haven't got long now to go...Yipeeee:Pinkbounc :bounce:

The question I need answering is this: Can you take weetabix and porridge into the states ? I know its a strange one but my youngest DS is only 21 months old and at least if I take something I know he will eat it would put my mind at rest:rolleyes: or do they sell it out there :confused: we're staying at a villa in Southern Dunes which I know has a wallmart nearby but I have never bought things like this on previous holidays, so if anyone could help I would appreciate it:)

Hi Sharon - I'm pretty sure you can and I would advise you to take them. Young children are best with what they are familiar with - when the boys were small I thought they'd be fine with the Kelloggs cereals out there but they use a different recipe to our products and they wouldn't eat them! Can't say I've seen Weetabix or porridge out there but I wasn't looking!!
Although they have never allowed perishables in and got very strict when the foot and mouth outbreak was on with food, I'm almost sure that boxed products packed in your suitcase are fine.

You can certainly buy Weetabix, and I'm sure that porridge oats would be found on all supermarket shelves. I would save the space in your suitcase for other things.

We took Ready Brek when my dd was younger as that is all she would eat.
We just packed it in the suitcase, it was fine.
