Looks-like they sold-their U.S. banking network to Pittsburgh's PNC Financial Services (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/PNC-buys-RBCs-US-banks-card-apf-1347534688.html?x=0&sec=topStories&pos=2&asset=&ccode=) (PNC Bank).
A win from this deal is that once the merger officially closes, PNC customers will have all kinds of branch/ATM access from home all the way to Florida.
