milesource cashout question

it has been a while since i cashed out here. i tried to cash out the other day. i cant tell if it went through or not. the points are still in my account when i log on. and i have never seen a confirmation that it went through. it said to confirm the transaction and when i hit the continue button it takes me to the home page. is this normal? did it go through or do i need to do it again?

My DH is having the same problem. He has written to MS 3 times. Tried the link they provided. Tried using another browser. Even tried cashing out using a friend's computer. He's had no luck at all. MileSource says that they can't cashout for him so the points are just sitting there.:(

Seems like there are alot of problems with Milesource lately.

I for one have had trouble getting my points credited after clicking on the sites! I have lost close to 50 points in the last several days that haven't registered. How frustrating when you finally get enough points, and then you can't even cash out!!:rolleyes:

Try again in a few days. Maybe they are having 'technical difficulties.' :eek:

thank you guys! i will keep trying every couple of days or so. i have enough for a $50 gift certificate and want it for christmas. i have plenty of time before my next disney trip!
