Is this indoors or outdoors? If it is outdoors and it is raining is it called off? If it's indoors may do it NYE is an early ressie necessary? What are the show times and price? All help greatfully received.

If it rains the show is canceled, not the meal. It is outside but the guest are in a covered area. Not sure about the other info. You can try this web site's home page WDWINFO.com, some people think this is only a discussion board, when actually the discussion board is only a part of the big picture.

Like the above poster said, it is outdoors in a covered area. We had plans to do this in January a few years ago, but it was cancelled because it was too cold that night. We were told it is cancelled anytime the temperature falls below a certain point. They just refunded out money and we went someplace else.

You do need a ressie for the Luau. It is pretty popular. Also the earlier you book the better the table placement. If you are thinking of doing this for NYE I would call now and book it.
