Am not sure if this is the right forum for this or not...we just finished this project up a few days ago.

I so wanna see this Mickey Berm/planting bed. Sounds intriguing. And yes, this is the right place to post those pictures! Welcome to our little board! :D

Welcome to the Garden Forum 4407Mark. I can not see them either. It sounds lovely though. Hope you continue to return we love hearing and seeing about what other gardeners are doing.

Tulirose and Snowwark - sorry about that. I had the same problem when I was test-posting the photos in the tech support forum. However, the photos were here after I posted them last night - hopefully they will re-appear as soon as the maintenance is complete. If not, I can send them to you via e-mail. My DW wanted a berm on the corner of our lot and our neighbor, knowing our affinity for all things Disney, suggested the Mickey berm. Once we had the dirt and mulch in place, it looked OK, but DW thought it needed something more...perhaps something to define it a little better and that is how we wound up with what is shown in the first photo. The second photo shows what happens when I have too much time to ponder the possibilities...
I'll check back later to see if the photos are up or please e-mail me and I'll send them to you.

Sorry Mamu, your post snuck in there while I was replying to Tulirose and Snowwark. Thanks for the kind words and the welcome. My gardening is limited to watering the landscaping...and we just completed an addition on the house this summer which required a little more landscaping. The berm is yet another addition to our growing Disney house. We've taken the Disney theme and applied it throughout and the berm was a natural extension of that for the exterior of the house. I hope those photos come up soon so you all can see just what I'm talking about. Have a great day!

Oh, I can't wait to see your pictures.

I am doing over the landscaping in the back yard and what a great idea this is.

Sorry folks...I had the same problem when testing the post yesterday but I assure you at one point the photos were actually visible.
