Should I make lunch & dinner ressies?

We're going in 2 weeks and I haven't made any ressies. I thought we'd try Mythos for lunch and Latin Quarter. We're going to eat at Margaritaville one night and I just found out that DD is an Emeril fan!!! She watches his show on the Food Network! I know I need ressies for it - is it too late?

We're only going to be in the parks 2 days!

I'd say give it a shot. You never know if they have cancellations or openings.

We ate at Mythos 3 times for lunch last week and didn't have ressies. There were a lot of open seats in the restaurant.

I'd recommend ressies at Mythos, just in case. It will help conserve your time for doing the rides.
