what side faces the dock? port or starboard?
Id love to see our SPR before we get on!

(Towncrier said his wife was quite pleased w/the view)

i believe it to be the PORT side of the ship correct me if im wrong
so it would be spr with the number 5520 22 24
im pretty sure those room numbers face the dock witch ever side it is ? we had 5020 and it was on the channel side...

I believe that the starboard (right) side of the ship faces the dock in Port Canaveral. In other words, the bow of the ship is facing out to sea. The ship turns in the west turning basin before being tied up, so that it's a quick trip down the channel and out to sea.

Rooms 5520-24 do face the cruise terminal.

Imgoingtodisney, that picture I posted last week for you, showing how far you can walk on deck 4 before having to go inside, was taken at the terminal. I was just as excited to see our SPH, thats why I started snapping pictures even before we boarded. You can go outside at the terminal too, to get an up close look at the ship.
You must be getting so excited now!!!! Its close!

When you go out on the "balcony" area of the terminal just be sure you don't step on any dead seagulls. When we were there in August we almost stepped on one. I went in to tell the CM and he said "What, another one???" Lately they have been flying into the side of terminal for some reason.

Hope they got they flight paths cleared up!!!
