Rollaway Bed?

Has anyone ever requested a rollaway bed while staying at any DVC?

I don't want to more people in a room than the max number specfied (4 for studio/1 bedroom, 8 for 2 bedroom ,etc.) I just have some guests who will be crowded with more than one in a bed.

They do not have extra beds at any of the DVC.

Some members bring an air mattress or an aero bed to take care of situations where you need more than two beds. For example, some families of 4 have children of the opposite sex who do not want to share the pull out.

We have four children and stay in 2BR's all of the time. The fold out bed just doesn't work well for two of them at a time. We bring the Aero bed and it is great. Makes everyone happy. :D

I guess I am one of very few who requested and got a rollaway bed at BWV --BUT it did cost an extra $15 a night - this was 1998 so things are probably different now. Yes I was staying on points and am a DVC member. I now bring an air mattress if we have the need for an extra bed or we have used the cushions off the sofa and love seat pushed into a corner of the living room at OKW which my 13 yo GD actually preferred to the sofa bed. I do bring an extra sheet and use some of the pillows from the master bedroom. We have done this with 4 in a 1 BR and 6 in a 2BR with great results.
