on a side note--does anyone have experience with a child having constant ear infections...sinus infections..104 fever and excessive snoring at the same time> this is what we have been dealing with..she has severe airborne allergies and that causes her to get the infection..but they also want to take out her adenoids to stop the snoring.. was just curious if anyone has had experience with any of this.

My DS12 just had his adnoids and tonsils out. He was a horrible snorer. It has definitely helped with that. Also had seasonal allergies which he takes meds for but not much help. He doesn't get that he needs to blow his nose and he would be much more happier. I'm sure that you have gotten alot of advise about the adnoids. For us it was a piece of cake. Good luck!

We did go shopping on Tuesday, but have not had the chance to find the right size box and get things packed up. Instead I have been dealing with the IRS concerning our 2009 return. IRS says we owe 11,000 but in reality, yes we made a mistake and owe 2000. The IRS does not want to admit when they also made a mistake in calculating our return. Luckily, we can prove our mistake and theirs.

So, I hope to get things boxed up soon.

I just got my package!!! Hubby brought it in on his way to work! Thank you for all the lovely goodies Meriweather! The kids will be trying to steal some of it I am sure. I see the socks being stolen by DD10 and the fanny pack Mickey keychain and paddle ball set going to the DS2. He loves paddle ball sets, even if he can't quite figure it out. :lmao: I personally am in LOVE with the Mickey Mouse door knocker!!! How cool is that?!!? Now to convince hubby to put it on the door for me! :cool1: Also, I got Mickey cupcake wrappers and decorations, Mickey wall stampers (love the glove one!), maps from Disney Land and California Adventure with Mickey on them and the coolest Mickey hand soap (thank goodness for the ziplock.... it must have had a misadventure in shipping and leaked :lmao:). this is the push i needed to whip out the sewing machine..try to learn how to sew and make some for all of us. oh and yup I have a sewing machine and dont know how to use it..it was a Disney one ..how could I not get it and learn :banana::banana::banana:

Kaysee received hers last night from Evita_W but didnt get to get online till now.
She received a very generous box of Mickey goodies..her favorite being some giant red Mickey hand gloves with jingle bells attached for the holidays. All night she had these gloves on jingling thru the house :goodvibes
Her next favorite thing was a book of Disneyland and now she wants to go to California instead of Orlando :eek::)
The other amazing things were a plush pookalooz sorcerer mickey-character pen with mini book attached-a mickey journal-Mickey hair clips--and color your own keychains-which I never even knew they had...very cool and she is going to be coloring these later today.

There was a cute Mickey who talks, great Mickey pen (right in my purse it went), Mickey lip balm (joined the pen) Mickey head stickers for scrapbooking (now I must definitely get moving in that), Mickey head egg cooker (DS's are waiting anxiously for me to use this), Mickey pez, Mickey lolipops (yummy), Mickey note pad, some Mickey pencils, Mickey pencil pouch (love it) and a Mickey bag (the reusable types) I use these for everything! So sorry Lexine... my package arrived sometime this week. I was out of town unexpectedly and DH didn't tell me it had arrived :mad:.

Yes, I did received mine Wednesday afternoon and had to do lots of tugging to get it out of my mailbox. (Bet the mail carrier had fund getting it in there!!) But, I left my list of Mickey Mouse things at home. :mad: So, I will post the list on Monday. Sorry about that -- it was alot of neat stuff:thumbsup2 Lots of thanks to my sender.

She is fine.....couple bumps and bruises and a totaled car....again. Happened 1 1/2 years ago too.
It was traumatic. She was rear ended while turning, so tipped her car over and it slid into a gas station. Luckily missed the pumps, but they closed it down. She wa stuck in the car for 15 minutes until the fire dept. got the window opened for her to climb out. Not a fun morning.

My computer was acting up this morning, so I do have another picture of the cake plate showing the pedestal. It is very cute. Trying to figure out how to display it.

She was very lucky.
The guy that hit her got 3 citations and the gas station is going after him also since they had to close down for 3 hours. It was all caught on their surveillance tapes, so that is good.

She was so lucky the car didn't hit one of the gas pumps. :eek:
