Pay no attention to my countdown clock - we changed our plans and are now leaving on Oct. 5th for Disney - instead of going the week of Thanksgiving. We made this decision a week ago. So it has been a mad scramble to change plans and reservations.
We are camping at Fort Wilderness. When I changed my reservations I couldn't get 6 nights - only 5. So I booked a nearby hotel as a back up. I also had to give up my PS for the Princess Story Book Breakfast. And absolutely no chance as Cinderellas now.
I called back everyother day (usually around 10:00am) and tried to get another day at the campground and just for kicks see if I could get a PS for either princess breakfast.
Well I called yesterday (Tuesday) and I got the campground for another day AND a PS for 4 on Thursday the 10th at 8:10 at Cinderella's Royal Table! I couldn't believe it!
So the moral of this long story - it can happen - don't give up. Keep trying as your date gets closer and you never know when the stars will align and the gods will smile on you!
