on-line access

I would sure like to be able to access some of my DVC account info on-line, especially the point data. When I query the nice DVC folks they tell me they're studying it. If you have several use years at varied resorts you can see where this could be very confusing. I've already lost points because of cutoff dates for banking. Any other members have an insight into accessing their point data on-line. I;m not buying that security argument because if I can move money around the world with a few clicks and the security is there for those applications, I should be able to bank my DVC points. It seems like DVC is not in the 21st century with some of this. Any opinions?

they did a survey not long along about using the internet to access your account - when they post the results - we will know - I am not sure how many members had to say yes but definitely a marjority.

There is a worksheet that another Dis member put together that will help you. I don't have it, but I am sure someone else will post it for you.

Last time I called DVC MS, I was brought to a telephone survey at the end of the call. One of the questions was if I would be interested in having on-line access in the future. I said YES!

So maybe it will come one day...
