I just got off the phone with WDW Event Services to get answers to several questions. And I did find out that, YES, there will be an official survey sent to attendees of this year's Disneyana Mystery Event. But...the reason we haven't gotten it yet (and the Event ended over five weeks ago) is because it is still being designed by some department of statistics at WDW! Event Services could not offer any tentative date on when the survey form might be mailed out.
If you'd rather not wait and want to pen a personal letter, Event Services would welcome any such letters.
