I'm trying to do online checkin and I do not want to provide a credit card because I dont want charging ability on my KTTW cards.

But, the card I used to pay for the vaca is already listed as the card on file.

Anyone know how to remove it?

If I call disney and they remove it from the card on file, will it remove it from the online checkin?:confused3

Just do the online check in with it, and when you arrive at the resort, they can remove the option.

1) Your CC that paid for the vacation IS NOT on file at check-in.
2) There is ONLY a reference to the last four digits on the file viewed by Front Desk.
3) And, it does not get removed from the permanent folio.

We put a credit card on our KTTWs at check-in last month. The next morning my husband decided that he just didn't want the credit card on the KTTWs so he went to the front desk, asked to have it removed and the cards were reprinted with out charging privileges. As it turned out, a couple of days later I lost my KTTW in AK. We were soooo glad we had taken the charging privileges off!

We put a credit card on our KTTWs at check-in last month . . . cards were reprinted with out charging privileges.

1) A card used for key charging is not the same as one used for payment.
2) A card put on at check-in can be erased from view.
3) But, it still remains on the folio in case there were charges made.

4) As for KTTW, they always print charging or non-charging.
5) If lost, purchases on a charging-card will be reversed.
. . . there are a few questions asked to see if charges were yours
. . . we won't discuss these questions in this forum
6) I have PERSONALLY done this for guests several times.
7) You would be surprised how many key cards are lost.
8) And, how many times THERE ARE NO CHARGES on the cards.
9) In any case, they can be canceled in minutes.
