Annoying neighbors can't control their kids

We have a family living a few doors down. Their son and his friends are constantly driving down the DEAD END Street like it's the Autobahn. One of our other neighbors talked to the father of the drag-racing kids about it and how he's afraid to let his kids outside and the father said "I Have no control over them." LOVELY. So we are forced to call the cops when it happens and HOPE they get there in time to put a stop to this.

Check with your local police, we had this problem in our old neighborhood and the police said that if we got the licence number they would ticket the driver even though they weren't "there". Maybe you have a similar law.

I would definitely call the police and report them. We had a similar problem with a kid down the street and his annoying go-kart. Up and down the street every single day of the week. I was also concerned for his safety too. There are cars parked on the street and I was worried about him accidentally running underneath one of them. A car turning into the street and hitting him. Well, long story short, the police spoke to the father, the kid spoke to my husband and they came to an agreement that he would stay at his end of the street. Thankfully, he has lost interest in the go-kart.
